Programs
OFFICE YOGA
We are adapting ancient Yoga science and principles to contemporary office settings. Uniquely designed relaxing sessions for the workplace.
Soft stretching movements in a chair, Pranayama (breathing techniques) and meditation. A gentle, restorative practice to refresh and renew energy levels for the rest of the day. No requirements at all (special attire, yoga mat, special equipment, prior experience).
TRADITIONAL YOGA
All classes are designed to suit mixed level groups. There will be options for everyone. Different styles may be chosen and alternated:
Hatha yoga: Alight, strengthen and develop flexibility.
Vinyasa flow: Dynamic & energetic practice which synchronizes movements with breath. Develop strength, flexibility, endurance and concentration.
Yin Yoga: Slow and mindful practice with long position holds, release tense myofascial areas, improve mobility of joints and muscles flexibility.
CONFERENCE PACKAGE
